Trial and cancellation
The US Basic plan offers a 7-day free trial, then US $19/month under the terms shown at checkout. Cancel in Billing before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancel before a later renewal to stop future billing; paid access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refund requests
EarlyBird’s existing voluntary policy offers a full refund of any payment collected if requested within two days of initial registration. This window is measured from registration, not from the first paid renewal. A free trial has no payment to refund. Outside that voluntary window, contact support about billing errors, service issues or applicable statutory rights; a refund is not automatically promised.
Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or refund rights. Email info@earlybird.live with your account email and payment date. Do not send a card number or password. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.
